Eligibility:  This sweepstakes is open to all individuals who register for the 2024 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show between January 30, 2024, and February 16, 2024. 

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST, January 29, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST, February 16, 2024.

How to Enter: Eligible participants are automatically entered into the sweepstakes upon completing their 2024 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show registration within the specified period.

Prizes: Winners* will receive one of the following prizes**:

Three (3) nights' hotel accommodations at AAHOACON24 host hotel.
Round trip coach airfare for one (1) to Orlando.
One keynote speaker VIP photo pass.
$400 Visa gift card.
$200 Visa gift card.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by email or phone. An alternate winner may be selected if a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first notification attempt.

General Conditions: All decisions regarding the sweepstakes rules, eligibility, winners, and all other aspects of the sweepstakes are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules.

Release of Liability: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AAHOA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any injury, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize.
