Your registration confirmation will also contain the direct links to secure accommodations for AAHOACON24. Room reservations are subject to cancellation, if not registered for AAHOACON24 by March 1, 2024.

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual reservation at the time of booking. Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking as the hotel’s policies may vary. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately.

Please be advised that third-party companies not affiliated with AAHOA are marketing false room rates via email and are not legitimate.
AAHOACON24 has three contracted hotels within the group block. These are the Rosen Centre (HQ), Hyatt Orlando, and Hilton Orlando.
Other hotels and resellers are not endorsed by or affiliated with the AAHOA Convention & Trade Show and should be considered a scam.It is uncertain if the rooms reserved using such unauthorized links will be honored at the advertised rate.

Driving Direction to the Orange County Convention Center
Numerous roads, including State Road 528 (Beachline) and Interstate 4 (I-4), surround the OCCC, providing guests convenient and direct routes to the center.
The OCCC operates a number of LED message signs along International Drive, State Road 528, Universal and Westwood Boulevards and Convention Way. Programmed daily, the signs direct attendees to the closest available event parking.
The center operates  three parking lots.  Parking rates vary upon vehicle size, entry time and event. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The center is now cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
At the discretion of show management, valet parking may also be available for your event.
Safety tip: Do not leave valuables in your car.
Pedicabs are common in the convention center district and can typically be found outside the convention center buildings and in the parking lots. Pedicabs are a convenient way to get around between the convention center and surrounding dining and attractions. Pedicab rides are complimentary; however tipping is customarbased upon the level of service provided.
The center is conveniently accessible by marked crosswalks and pedestrian bridges. pedestrian bridges, or skywalks, are connected to the convention center at the following points:
  • The Oversight Pedestrian Bridge connects the North/South building to the Hyatt Regency Orlando and the West building.
  • The Rosen Plaza Skywalk connects the Rosen Plaza Hotel to the West building, near Hall F.
  • The Rosen Centre Skywalk connects the Rosen Centre Hotel to the West building, near Hall A.
  • The Hilton Pedestrian Bridge connects the Hilton Orlando to the South Concourse of the North/South building.
  • The International Drive Pedestrian Bridge connects the Hyatt Regency Orlando with the West building, near West Hall C - Level 2.
Safety tip: Always cross at crosswalks, use push-to-walk buttons, and wait for a walk signal before crossing the street. Rapid flashing beacons are available at major crosswalks without traffic signals.
PARKING
Parking at the Orange County Convention Center
For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center operates on-site vehicle parking at both our West and our North-South Buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
The biggest gathering of AAHOA Members, who own over 60% of the hotels in the US, is taking place in April, and you don’t want to miss it!
