Lifetime Member Registration Refund Deadline

As a valued AAHOA Lifetime Member you are eligible for a complimentary registration to the 2024 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show if you register on or before Friday,February 2, 2024. You must attend to get a refund within 30 days after the end of the convention.

Early Bird Registration

Early Bird Registration deadline is on or before Sunday, March 03, 2024

Registration Cancellation Deadline

Attendees wishing to cancel their conference registration must inform AAHOA of their intent in writing. The cancellation deadline is March 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. ET. A fifty percent refund will be made on cancellations received after March 3, 2024. No refunds will be granted after March 18, 2024.

Board Nomination

Serving on the AAHOA Board of Directors provides a rewarding opportunity to help drive the strategic direction of a national association dedicated to advancing and protecting the interests of hotel owners. Voting Eligibility Deadlines

In order to be eligible to vote in the 2024 elections, you must have become a Lifetime Member on or before Sunday, December 31, 2023, OR pay your annual membership for 2024 on or before Monday, February 19, 2024, AND have paid your annual membership dues in at least two of the preceding three years.

AAHOA Award Nomination

Nominate yourself or a fellow hotelier for one of the seven awards to be announced at AAHOACON24. Nominations are due on Friday, February 2, 2024
