AAHOA 2024 Elections Voting Eligibility

Sunday, December 31, 2023, and Monday, February 19, 2024

In order to be eligible to vote in the 2024 AAHOA Elections, you must have become a Lifetime Member on or before Sunday, December 31, 2023, OR pay your annual membership for 2024 on or before Monday, February 19, 2024, AND have paid your annual membership dues in at least two of the preceding three years.

AAHOA 2024-25 Board of Directors Nominations

Sunday, February 4, 2024

Apply to serve on the 2024-2025 AAHOA Board of Directors. AAHOA invites eligible members who are passionate about hospitality and want to see AAHOA thrive to  submit their nominations . The nomination period ended onSunday, February 4, 2024.

AAHOA 2024 Award Nominations

Friday, February 9, 2024

Nominate yourself or a fellow hotelier for one of the seven awards to be announced at AAHOACON24. Nominations are due on Friday, February 9, 2024.

Lifetime Member Registration Refund Eligibility

Friday, February 16, 2024

As a valued AAHOA Lifetime Member you are eligible for a complimentary registration to the 2024 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show if you register on or before Friday, February 16, 2024. You must attend to get a refund within 30 days after the end of the convention.

Early-Bird Registration

Saturday, March 3, 2024

The Early-Bird Registration deadline for AAHOACON24 is before midnight, Eastern Time, Saturday, March 3, 2024.

Registration Cancellation

Saturday, March 3, 2024

Attendees wishing to cancel their conference registration must inform AAHOA of their intent in writing. The cancellation deadline is Saturday, March 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. ET. A fifty percent refund will be made on cancellations received after March 3, 2024. No refunds will be granted after March 18, 2024.
