What’s included with my registration?
Your registration includes full access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, and every networking event—along with meals, coffee, and snack breaks throughout the three days.

What are the on-site registration desk hours?
Registration is in the Grand Hall of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Please see the hours of operation below:
  • Wednesday, April 8; 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 9; 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Friday, April 10; 7 a.m.–12:00 Noon
How do I get to the Pennsylvania Convention Center?

Is parking at the Pennsylvania Convention Center free?
It is not free. AAHOACON does not validate parking. Overnight parking is not permitted. For more information, click here .
What entrance should I use at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from the street?
Utilize the Market St entrance or 12th and Arch directly across from Reading Terminal Market for direct access to Grand Hall for registration.
What days are the Education Sessions?
The AAHOACON26 Educational Sessions take place on Thursday and Friday on the Exhibit Floor. Please see the Schedule at a Glance for more details.
What are the Exhibit Hours?
The exhibits are open on the following days only:
  • Thursday, April 9 12 Noon-6 p.m.
  • Friday, April 10 12 Noon-6 p.m.
Are the convention hotels within walking distance to the Pennsylvania Convention Center?
Yes, all hotels are within walking distance, and the Marriott is connected. Please refer to the hotel map for exact locations.
What date and times are the debates and speeches?
The AAHOACON26 Debates and Speeches will take place during the General Session on Thursday, April 9. Please see the Schedule at a Glance for more details.
I need to cancel my registration; how do I do that?
Attendees wishing to cancel their conference registration must inform AAHOA of their intent in writing. The cancellation deadline is Monday, March 9, 2026, at 5 p.m. EST. A 50 percent refund will be made on cancellations received after Monday, March 9, 2026. No refunds will be granted after Tuesday, March 24, 2026. To cancel, please reach out to AAHOA at info@aahoa.com
Do Lifetime Members get refunded?
No, lifetime members will not receive refunds for their registration fee.
Are children allowed to attend for free, or is there an age limit?
Children must pay the discounted Future Hotelier rate unless they are 5 years old or younger.
Can children have access to the Trade Show floor?
Children under 15 years old are not permitted on the trade show floor during setup, teardown, or show hours. Please note that all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
I lost my badge/wristband, how do I replace it?
Please see the registration desk for assistance. There is a $325 fee for any lost reprinted badges and/or lost wristbands.
Is there a one-day guest pass/registration, and how much does it cost?
Our conference fee is highly competitive and applies to the full event. One-day passes are not available, so guests must register and pay for all three days.
Where is the Block Party - Stars, Stripes and Liberty Nights taking place?
The event will take place at the Marriott Downtown Grand Ballroom on Thursday, April 9, from 7-10 p.m. You must have your badge visible in order to enter.
Where is the Welcome Reception taking place?
The Welcome Reception is being held on Wednesday, April 8, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the Grand Hall and Ballrooms AB from 7-9 p.m. You must have your badge visible in order to enter.
Are vendors allowed to attend the Gala night?
The Gala is only for hotelier members (attendees).
What is the cutoff date for making hotel reservations at the group rate?
The cutoff date is March 18, 2026. Rooms reserved after this date are subject to availability and rate change.
Do I have to register before I can gain access to the discounted hotel rates?
Yes, you must register to attend before receiving the group rates for hotel reservations. No exceptions.
How many rooms can I reserve at the discounted rate?
One hotel room per registration. No exceptions.
What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations within the AAHOA Group Block?
A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual reservation at the time of booking. Credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately. Should you choose to cancel your reservation entirely, the following will apply:
  • If canceled prior to March 18, liable for the one-night non-refundable deposit.
  • If canceled after March 18, fully liable for the entire reservation.
