2025 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open to all AAHOA Lifetime Members who register for the 2025 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show between Monday, November 18, 2024, and Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on November 18, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2024.

How to Enter:
Eligible participants are automatically entered into the sweepstakes upon completing their 2025 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show registration within the specified period.

Prizes:
The winner* will receive the following prizes**:

• Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations at AAHOACON25 host hotel.

• Free registration to AAHOACON25 for the selected Lifetime Member and their spouse.

Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will be conducted on Monday, January 6, 2025. Winners will be announced the following day.

*Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified by email or phone. An alternate winner may be selected if a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first notification attempt.

General Conditions:
All decisions regarding the sweepstakes rules, eligibility, winners, and all other aspects of the sweepstakes are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules.
