Make your reservation now to ensure you stay at one of the conference hotels. All room reservations must be made by the cut pff dates listed below.  Reservations made after this date will be based on availability and will not be at the negotiated room rate.

Please note, REGISTERED attendees may only reserve one room in their name - any duplicate room reservations will be automatically canceled without notice.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one nights’ stay is required to hold each individual reservation at the time of booking. Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking as the hotel’s policies may vary. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately.
